Leverage the electron. It's simply good marketing sense to repurpose design, animation and illustration assets to all marketing venues. While developing assignments I keep an eye open on ways to cost effectively prepare formats and assets for use in other assignments I have with you or for your team to use later.
Protecting your budget
Electronic media is cool and effective, but is not very forgiving of retroactive or cavalier changes. Because of that, I am extremely methodical in development of content to protect your budget and time. I work on a prior approval process meaning that at key junctures I must receive your teams sign-off to continue. That way, work-to-date has approval prior to continuing. It's just smart and safe, for everyone.
